Lavender Herb Butter Recipe

This lavender herb butter is perfect to enjoy in the spring and summer, or all year round. The perfect addition to any recipe, with just the right touch of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 tbs minced fresh herbs
  • 1.5 tsp Old Salt lavender sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine butter, herbs, and salt, and mix until evenly and completely incorporated
  2. Transfer the butter onto a piece of parchment. Using the parchment, roll the butter into a log around 4 in long and 1.5 in wide. Close the paper around it and twist the ends to seal
  3. Refrigerate until firm (around 1 hr)
  4. Wrap butter and parchment in plastic wrap or place in an airtight container. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Unwrap and slice to use.
